Cinderella Early Learning Center and Mission Church Renewal Project
The Cinderella Mission, Established in 1910 by Rev. Isaac O. Lehman has been a Center for Evangelism and Training for Gold Mine Workers for over 110 years.
Since the gold mine ran out of gold ore, a modern housing development has been built surrounding this Historic Mission.
The Child Care & Early Learning Center which we are planning to add to this site will enable the Pastor and congregation to minister more effectively to the young families who now live in this New Urban Community near to the mission.
The projected cost of the Early Learning Center is expected to be U.S. $110,000.

This Mission Church and residence was built by Rev. Isaac O. Lehman at the E.R.P.M. gold mine in 1911.
We believe that this is the oldest Wesleyan Church building in Africa with continued ministry for more than 110 years.

The Cinderella Mission Station which got its name from the Cinderella Gold Mine where it was located, became the Center for Evangelism and training.

When the Cinderella Gold Mine ran out of payable gold ore and closed down, a development company purchased the land to surround our Mission with a beautifully modern housing complex.

This Mission Church was Declared by the South African Government as a National Heritage Site. Our Vision is to Develop an Early Learning Center on the one acre open property that was the Lehman's garden and orchard.
